I will make a list from many source that i got in internet...
Here it is:
- Don't forget to wash your face before you go to sleep... Clean up your make up with cleansing and wash it with facial foam...
- Don't forget to use moisturizer even though you have oil skin... Because moisturizer helps your skin gentle and balancing your oil.
- Drink a lot of water.... It will make your skin look good.. Try it!
- Ahh....Sleep before 12am.. make sure for 8 hours sleep.. I know it was impossible for some people because of work.. but at least 5 hours...*but i still recommended 8 hours..
- Balancing your meal.. eat fruit and vegetables.
- Exercising will help you to get a healthy skin too
- LOOK at the mirror and say : I am Beautiful... It will make you feel happy.. just try it.
